The second chakra. It is located at the height of the tailbone.

Its element is water and its color is orange.

Related to emotions, to pleasure, but also to pain, to the possibility of giving and receiving with eroticism and sensuality. To express these emotions is to let energy flow freely and to repress them is to block it. Svadishthana is the emotional and sexual level, the level of instincts, the vital impulse and the first mental forms. If we cling to it, sex and pleasure become the object of life.
