Throat Chakra

   Vishuddha

The fifth chakra. It is located behind the throat.

Its element is Ether and its color is blue.

It is related to vocal cords, expression and communication in all its aspects, whether vocal, gestural or written. When it flows harmoniously, joy, mastery, purity and detachment are achieved. This is the chakra of devotion since from here we can connect with the divine through the word, chanting and writing.

It is the chakra through which we express our truth to the world. And it is related to what we have come to teach, transmit and even learn.
